4. Payments

Fees are payable as agreed in your project quote or invoice. Work may begin only after the required payment is received. Late payment may pause work on your project.

We work hard to deliver measurable growth, but marketing outcomes such as sales, followers, or rankings depend on factors outside our control and cannot be guaranteed unless stated in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is made, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. ClientWork may display non-confidential work in its marketing unless you ask us not to.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClientWork is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
