Refund Policy

1. Before Work Starts

If you cancel before any work has begun on your project, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

2. After Work Starts

Once work has started, refunds are given only for the portion of the service not yet delivered. Completed work, purchased ad spend, and third-party costs are not refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Advertising budgets already spent on platforms.
• Domains, hosting, software licences, and other third-party purchases.
• Completed and approved deliverables.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us with your name, project details, and reason for the request. We review every request and reply within 5 working days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method, usually within 7 to 14 working days.
